Mai i te tau 1964 ko Kerekere te kaitaurima a Leo Fowler i te wāhanga Māori o te Kaporeihana Pāho o Aotearoa. He kaipuoro, he kaitito waiata, he kaiārahi hoki nō te kapa rongonui o Waihīrere. Ko tēnei tētahi ororongo mai i tana raupapa e pā ana ki ngā kupu me ngā whakataukī Māori.
