Sawcut Gorge

Sawcut Gorge

Some 12 kilometres up the Waimā (Ure) River from State Highway One, Sawcut Gorge is a 50-metre long limestone chasm on Isolation Creek, around 150 metres deep but only 2 metres wide at its narrowest.
