Nā Angus Kerr tēnei tānga o te pakanga i waenganui i ngā maunga, arā, i a Tongariro rātou ko Taranaki, ko Tauhara, ko Pūtauaki. I pakanga rātou mō Pīhanga, te maunga purotu. Ko Tongariro ka toa; moea rawatia a Pīhanga.
