Mason Clinic, 2006

Judge Ken Mason, author of three influential reports on New Zealand mental health services, was the honoured guest at the opening of a new Māori mental health unit in 2006. Te Papakainga o Tane Whakapiripiri is part of the Mason Clinic, which was named after Judge Mason. It occupies part of the site of the former Carrington Hospital in West Auckland.
