Murray Ball directed the animated film Footrot Flats: the dog’s tail tale (1986), which he co-wrote with fellow cartoonist Tom Scott. Comedians John Clarke and Peter Rowley provided the voices of Wal’ and the Dog, and a team of Australian animators worked for 15 months to create the visuals. This poster depicts various scenes from the film.
