This letter card was sent by a New Zealand soldier at Sling Camp to his mother. Sling was the main base for the Kiwi soldiers in England in the First World War. It was part of Bulford Camp, and was located on Salisbury Plain. The city of Salisbury, with its cathedral, and Stonehenge were close by.
