Heart warrant of fitness

Cardiovascular diseases were a major cause of death in New Zealand in the 2000s. This cartoon poster published by the Heart Foundation encourages men over 45 and women over 55 (and Māori, Pacific and Indian people 10 years younger) to have a heart 'warrant of fitness' – a check-up by a doctor to assess the risk of heart attack.
