Kōrero: Salvation Army

'Articles of war', 1931

The set of principles that intending Salvation Army 'soldiers' (members) must sign before being admitted to the church is called the 'articles of war'. The articles have been updated periodically and in 2010 were known as the 'soldier's covenant'.
