Farm workers on Corwar Station (about 8,000 hectares, with 15,000 sheep) on the Rakaia River in mid-Canterbury sport a variety of hats and clothes. Most wear boots, moleskins or woollen trousers, and cotton work shirts. Some also wear waistcoats.
