In this clip the fibreglass boat New Zealand returns to the docks after being beaten in the challenger finals of the America’s Cup at Fremantle in 1987 by Dennis Conner’s Stars and Stripes. The New Zealanders had been astonishingly successful in their first challenge for the ‘auld mug’.
