Brain research: measuring microsleeps

In this 2007 video, Richard Jones from the Van der Veer Institute for Parkinson’s & Brain Research discusses using EEG (electroencephalogram testing) to measure microsleeps, small lapses of several seconds at a time. The Van der Veer Institute became part of the New Zealand Brain Research Institute in 2011.
