Erewhon Cup tournament game

Two local teams, the Maniatoto Hawks (in blue and yellow) and the Dunedin Bears (in black and red) play a first game in the 2004 Erewhon Cup ice hockey tournament. Players wear padded gear and helmets to protect them in the highly physical match. The Bears won 11–2.
