Video file

One of the most memorable days in New Zealand women's cricket history came on 23 December 2000 in Lincoln. In the final of the Women's World Cup the White Ferns made 184 runs. Australia was expected to reach the target but, as this clip shows, they fell four runs short. New Zealand had won its first cricket world cup.
