Reluctant compliance

Prime Minister Helen Clark was interviewed on television about the auditor general's judgement that most political parties, including the Labour Party, had misused Parliamentary Service funds for advertising during the 2005 election campaign. Clark complied with the decision reluctantly, as her comments reveal.
