The Evans brothers

The Evans brothers

In 1952 the Evans family migrated from Glan Conwy in Wales to New Zealand. They settled in Taranaki, and the children eventually married New Zealanders. But when they get together they sing. Here Ieuan Evans (left), in great demand as a soloist, leads his brothers in song at the St David’s Day celebration in Wellington in 1998.
