In 2003 the Ministry of Economic Development initiated the Better by Design (BBD) programme, which aimed to place design thinking at the core of corporate culture. In 2005 the annual BBD chief executive officer summit or conference began. Here delegates at the 2013 summit discuss team styles and ways to encourage innovation within them.
