Cameron Durno is seen on the mountain bike leg of the XTERRA New Zealand championship at the Blue Lake, Rotorua, on 12 April 2008. The race was won by the successful duathlete and triathlete Terenzo Bozzone. XTERRA is an off-road form of triathlon which began in Hawaii in 1996. This race has been won twice by Richard Ussher, who has also won the Coast to Coast men's race five times – including in 2012, when his wife Elina Ussher won the Coast to Coast women's race.
