Mentoring

In 2011 the New Zealand Olympic Committee started a mentoring programme for women who wanted to take on sports governance roles or improve their existing knowledge. In 2013 Brent Layton of Swimming New Zealand mentored Justine Kidd, who had been on the board of Equestrian New Zealand for two years.
