Suryagita Cox (right) uses the Alexander Technique on a Wellington office worker to correct postural and stress-related problems. Cox first tried the Alexander Technique as treatment for a climbing accident, and later graduated from the Brighton Alexander Technique Training Centre in the UK. She is also a singing teacher, and uses the Alexander Technique to teach students to support their voices effectively.
