Henri-Noel Venturini, a martial arts practitioner for more than 40 years, gives a lesson in qigong to Rachel Grunwell in the Auckland Domain in 2012. Venturini encourages students to imagine they are wild creatures such as a tiger, a white crane or a snow rabbit to achieve the best state of mind for performing the slow, rhythmic movements of qigong.
