Six-year-old Harry Randall is shown playing wheelchair basketball in 2012. A keen competitor in wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball and swimming, Harry had swimming lessons funded by the AllSports Activity Fund, part of the Halberg Disability Sport Foundation. The wheelchair sports programmes are also supported by the Halberg Foundation. Such support helps implement the goal of the No Exceptions strategy, to encourage the participation of disabled New Zealanders in sport.
