Royal New Zealand Navy disembarking stores

Landing stores on Raoul Island is always tricky because there is no natural harbour. Supplies have to be transferred to a small boat, and then uplifted by a hoist at Fishing Rock. This can only be done in calm weather. People arrive the same way, but are lifted ashore in a basket.
