Extended family on holiday

Extended family on holiday

Time with extended family members is valued by New Zealanders of many different cultural backgrounds. During the summer holidays in 2006 this family of different generations got together in the Waiwera campground. Leanne, Paaniara, Mahuta, Thompson and Huirama Matatahi and Shelley Stevenson, enjoy a game of scrabble observed by Tukupeau Stevenson. They were part of a family of 20 camping together, which included three sisters, their parents, partners and 10 children.
