Fostering can be a rewarding experience for both foster parents and children. Nineteen-year-old Craig de Blecourt came to live with Rayleen and Milan Hubac when he was five. In 2006 Craig praised his foster parents: 'Kids like me are lucky to have them. Imagine the system without them.'
