Whakatakapokai residence, 2006

Whakatakapokai, a Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children care and protection residence in South Auckland, opened in 2006 and could house up to 20 young people. This photograph was taken just after the residence was opened, which is why the room is so bare.
