Kōrero: Ngāi Tūhoe

Te Tira Hōu, Tāmaki-makau-rau

Image

He rahi ngā mea tawhito o Te Tira Hōu i haere ake i tawhiti.

Kia Ora, St Dominics Catholic Girls college has a Kapa Haka with students that have never experienced being in a Marae. What I was hoping was if we could bring our students to your Marae so they can experience this for themselves, which I know they would be greatly appreciated. The last time I came to your Marae with Te Wananga o Aotearoa, we learnt how to weave and sang songs, then finished off with a hangi, a totally wonderful experience. Could you kindly email me please advising whether this would be possible please. Many thanks Marie
