The fishing boat Dalmacia with owner Nikola Kokich standing on board. This boat is still fishing out of the Mangōnui Harbour. Nikola Kokich was just one of many Dalmatians to enter the industry. In coastal Croatia and the Adriatic islands, being a fisherman had been one of the few career choices.
