George Boyes & Co., land and estate agents, set up business in Hamilton in 1906. Here, staff stand outside the Victoria St office in 1910. The company was involved in most of Hamilton’s commercial and urban developments in the following century. Still in existence, it is now part of the Century 21 real estate franchise.
