Adelaide Tarn hut

Adelaide Tarn hut

Adelaide Tarn lies at over 1,200 metres in Kahurangi National Park. It is on a tramping route that starts at Lake Cobb, passes the Drunken Sailor and Dragon’s Teeth peaks, and emerges in the Aorere Valley, near Tākaka. The four-bunk hut is one of many provided by the Department of Conservation for trampers and hunters.
