Canned tuna

Most people associate tuna with a small tin, rather than the creature in the ocean. This can, produced by a small cannery in Blenheim, contains albacore tuna, which has a paler flesh than other tunas. Most canned tuna in New Zealand is imported skipjack or yellow tuna.
