Alan Preston bangle, 1987

Alan Preston exhibited this mother-of-pearl, oyster, coconut-shell, silver and gold bangle in the Bone Stone Shell exhibition of 1988. Preston was strongly influenced by Pacific aesthetics, as seen in some of the materials used in this bangle.
