Another Argo: three poems from the Caxton Club Press (1935) was a small (12-page) publication from Denis Glover and the Caxton Club, which included poems by Glover, A. R. D. Fairburn and Allen Curnow. Once again the publication announced itself with a striking cover. This one is the work of Leo Bensemann, who had arrived in Christchurch from Nelson and attended night school at the School of Art. He met Glover in 1933 and from 1937 became a partner in the Caxton Press. As can be seen in this cover, Bensemann's early work was heavily affected by the drawings of English artist Aubrey Beardsley.
