Economic restructuring: Māori and total unemployment, 1986–2016 (2 o 2)

This graph shows the massive impact of the economic restructuring of the 1980s and 1990s on Māori unemployment. Māori unemployment was just over 25% in the early 1990s, more than twice the overall unemployment rate.
