PHANZA conference poster, 2011

PHANZA, the Professional Historians Association of New Zealand/Aotearoa, provides a range of services for its members, including representations of the interests of public historians with libraries and other institutions, advice on employment issues such as contracts and payment, and a regular magazine, wittily titled Phanzine. In addition the association offers professional development opportunities through seminars and conferences. The 2011 conference advertised in this poster allowed public historians working on a range of projects to explain and discuss their work.
