Mental Health Foundation, 1977

The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand was originally known as the New Zealand Trust for the Foundations of Mental Health. It changed its name in 1977, the year it was selected to receive the charitable funds raised by the nationwide Telethon (a fund-raising event broadcast on television). This poster, reflecting the foundation's concern with mental well-being from infancy to maturity, was produced to promote the Telethon.
