PUMP (Pride and Unity among Male Prostitutes) is the male sex-worker project of the New Zealand Prostitutes' Collective. It provides advice and support for men in the sex industry, and for men thinking of starting sex work. The clients of male sex workers are mostly other men, but sometimes also women and couples. Some male sex workers have female lovers, but provide sexual services to men. Because male sex workers have different relationships with clients and encounter different issues to female workers, they have decided to organise separately.
