Ngoi Pēwhairangi and Tuini Ngāwai

Two great songwriters and singers from the East Coast, Tuini Ngāwai and her niece Ngoi Pēwhairangi, perform at the presentation of the Victoria Cross won by the late Te Moananui-a-Kiwa Ngārimu to his parents at Ruatōria in October 1943.
