Blanche Baughan's travel writing

Poet Blanche Baughan's essay 'The finest walk in the world', which described the Milford Track, was first published in the London Spectator in 1908, and later in her collection of travel writing, Studies in New Zealand scenery (1916). In this work her knowledge of natural history and eye for beauty merged perfectly.
