Kōrero: Landscape architecture

Odo Strewe's advertising flyer, 1950s or 1960s

Odo Strewe's advertising clearly demonstrated that his work was about more than gardens. This flyer says, 'Landscaping is the art of dealing with the SPACE outside buildings.' He describes landscaping as a work of art requiring 'thinking, planning and designing, also horticulture'. The illustrations show his interest in indoor plants.
