Pipiriki House menu, 1913

Pipiriki House was a popular tourist hotel on the banks of the Whanganui River in the early 20th century. This is a menu from February 1913. Dishes included salmon au gratin, fricassee lamb's tongues, sucking pig with apple sauce and plum pudding with brandy sauce.
