Art union ticket, 1938

In 1932 the government appointed Neil McArthur and Bertie Hammond to run all national art unions (as lotteries were then called). The profits from each lottery would then be distributed through the minister of internal affairs to worthy community projects. This ticket is for the 1938 Golden Gift art union.
