Seafood festival

The Bluff Oyster and Southland Seafood Festival takes place in late April each year. Thousands of people come to sample fresh seafood and watch events such as the oyster-opening competition and the fashion parade, featuring garments made out of oyster bags. This film clip shows highlights from the 2003 festival.
