Kōrero: New Zealand culture overseas

The New Zealand story

In 2013 Tourism New Zealand, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and Education New Zealand developed a campaign to promote New Zealand to a range of overseas business and consumer audiences. One of its elements was a short film called The New Zealand story, designed to reveal the unique value of New Zealand's people and character. As well as the traditional emphasis on inspiring scenery, it included glimpses of cultural life such as art, kapa haka (traditional Māori performing arts), design, popular music and film making.
