Kōrero: Cultural dance

Members of Taranaki's Swiss community are shown at a dance held on Switzerland's national day. The dancing is a mix of standard ballroom and folk dance. Swiss traditions are strongly influenced by the surrounding countries, with which Switzerland shares languages and customs.
