Under the mountain movie trailer

Maurice Gee's Under the mountain has struck fear into the hearts of young readers since its first publication in 1979. The book is about evil slug-like aliens who have made underground Auckland their home. They are slowly awakening and will suck the life out of planet Earth if they are not destroyed. Only red-headed twins can take them on, and one such pair, Rachel and Theo Matheson, have just arrived in Auckland. The novel was made into a television series in 1981 and a movie in 2009. Watch the trailer for the 2009 film.
