Police Complaints Authority, 2004

This 2004 television news clip reports on allegations of sexual misconduct by members of the Rotorua police. The claims were first made in 1993 by Louise Nicholas. The Police Complaints Authority investigated the allegations, and several police officers named in the case served prison sentences. In 2007 Louise Nicholas was named New Zealander of the Year by the New Zealand Herald newspaper.
