New governor of the Reserve Bank, Don Brash

Don Brash was governor of the Reserve Bank from 1988 to 2002. In this news clip from early in Brash's tenure, he outlines what in his view are the economy's major challenges. He highlights the relationship between the supply of money (which is what the economic philosophy of monetarism is concerned with) and inflation.
