Deer culling

Where a helicopter can be used for deer culling, it allows a large area to be covered in a day. However, hunting on foot is sometimes also needed for deer that have taken cover. In this video, a hunter working for the Department of Conservation uses both techniques on the illegally introduced deer population in Northland.
