A replica windmill

A replica windmill

De Molen, a replica Dutch windmill, was built at Foxton at the suggestion of tulip grower Dirk van Til, and opened in 2003. He envisaged it as both a tourist attraction and a memorial to the Dutch immigrants who have arrived in New Zealand since the Second World War.
