Moroccan Mustapha Nijai, 1992

Mustapha Nijai displays some of the French–Moroccan food served at his restaurant, Flappers, in Thorndon, Wellington. Mustapha arrived in 1979 after meeting his New Zealand-born wife in Scotland.
